Airspan Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRN) announced results for the fourth quarter and year ending December 31, 2007. Fourth quarter revenues increased by 5.8% to $23.8 million, compared to $22.5 million in the third quarter of 2007, driven by WiMAX growth. Compared to the fourth quarter of 2006, revenues decreased by 24% from $31.3 million, due to the decline in non-WiMAX revenues. The fourth quarter gross margin was 29%, adversely affected by revenue deferrals related to multi-element contractual arrangements and provisions related to non-WiMAX inventory.
